They did the same to friend of mine who had her bowel removed. They didnt alter the records though but lost them instead. The surgeon also disappeared to some other hospital..Without the records and the surgeon the courts wouldnt touch the case......very convenient. Good Luck with your case!!

Rewrite the question. It is hard to understand.
You need a lawyer/solicitor who specialises in medical negligence cases. He/she will be able to get access to all the relevant medical records. Don't leave it too long though - there is a time statute here in the UK on claims for medneg and I would guess there is in the US too.
