My arm hurts. Its not my wrist. It is the part just below my elbow. Does anyone !
Question: My lower arm has been hurting for 2 days. I first noticed it when i was trying to write yesterday. But now it hurts all the time, especially when typing it feels weak. It looks and feels different to the left arm as well. Do you think it could be a muscle thing? What can i do to make it better?

I may know what it is,, i had the same thing,, It was what was called "tennis elbow" its caused alot of times by doing the same arm activity over and over the same way,, Its strains the tendons and ligiamets in the arm. There are elbow and arm braces you can get at walmart for that very thing,, they seem to work,, let the arm completely rest from the normal activties for about a week,, and take alieve, you can also go to webmd.com and follow the insturctions there to diagnoisis your problem,,

Well i had pain right there and my muscle was just sore. it should go away in a few days.
Sounds like a muscle strain of some sort, almost like a tennis elbow thing. Some Advil/Motrin/Ibuprofen should help because they will help with any inflammatory process plus tone down the pain. You might also try a tennis elbow strap, available at any drug store. You should lay off the typing (if you can) and try not to use the arm for awhile.
I had a pinched nerve in what sounds like the same place and symptoms. Unfortunately, it took surgery to correct.
It sound like your ulna has dislocated. Go to a chiropractor, they will "pop" your elbow back into place. Try that before surgery
