you might have a fever.
I remember once when i had a fever i was very lightheaded, i felt sick to my stomach, it hurt to even open my eyes, and a had a terrible headache that kept coming back.
I would suggest getting lots of sleep, take some medicine that treats fever and drink hot liquids like tea with lemon.

you need to consult a Gastroenterolgist...

You've been to doctors, now think of this.
Have you been drinking a lot of diet sodas?
Have you been eating fast food?
Consuming "energy bars" or drinks?
All of these are notorious for causing severe
allergic reactions, as are drugs prescribed
by MDs.
Drink only bottled water and eat only fresh
fruits and vegetables for a week, and see if
you feel better. If you can safely get off any
Rx medications you may be on, do it!
There is a lot of info about this on the web.
Just google "food allergies", "allergic drug
reactions", "msg allergic reaction", etc.
You'll be surprised just how poisonous all
this garbage is people are eating and drinking.

Drink as much water as you can, then drink some more. Much of what you feel may be due to dehydration.

Also, are you taking any cold meds? They can cause your symptoms. Stop them - they are not treating the virus, just the symptoms. You don't need them.

Good luck.
