Tinnitus (that ringing in the ears) can have several causes. It is a common side effect of certain medications, including aspirin, and can also indicate other disease. If your ears were not ringing before the shower and changing your position (try tilting your head all the way over onto your shoulder) does not help then you should call your physician.

you need sugar
ears ring when your body's sugar is low

try drying your ears out with alchol. If the ringing doesn't stop, get checked out as soon as possible. Reason I say this, is I have constant ringing in my ears and it isn't treatable. Yours may be due to the water or some infection and antibotics/steroids should help it before it becomes permanent and you lose some of your hearing. I only have 40 % hearing my my right ear and 80% in the left both have the ringing. Never did find out what caused it.

Best of luck

swob your ear

if the water is stil in your ears make a plunger out of your hand and plunge the water out of your ear--if that dosent work you can go to your local drug store and by drops tat stop er ringing--i think the condition is call tineaitis

chew gum it helps

Sometimes water can become lodged inside your ears... mine did once and it was classified as Mariner's Disease or something similar to that name. I agree with some of the other answers given: seek medical attention. It could be the sign of a major problem that can be easily remedied. When in doubt, have it checked out.
