How to heal cutting scars? healing cuts?!

Question: i have been cutting my slef w/ safty pins and knife blades all over my arms (im getting help) but now i want to heal the wounds i have and prevent or try to heal the scars any advice or tips on healing the scars?

the best way for the scars to heal is 2 not cover them up....yes they might b embarrassing but the oxygen will help. and put aloe vera on them or something similar to that. and most importantly DONT mess with the cuts it will make it so much worse

you can reduce scarring with vitamin E or other salves, but in reality it is your skin type that will determine how badly you scar. consult with a dermatologist and plastic surgeon.
