How do I wake up myself up to have energy for the day ?!


Question: I had a sleepover last night and am now going to my friends. I need to have lots of energy because we have to paint her room. I am not a coffee person and am leaving in an hour so I cannot go to sleep. Does anyone know how I can have the energy to get through the day ?

Eating healthy foods and taking vitamins can help give you the energy to get through the day without taking caffeine.

Any caffeine-containing drink will also give you a temporary boost, as will high-sugar products. Red bull, coca cola, mountain dew, donuts, candy bars--these will all give you a nice boost for a while. You'll have to bring some along to keep your energy up, however. You'll eventually crash, and feel even more tired than before, so you have to keep consuming it to keep the feeling of energy going. Be sure to combine this with eating some healthy foods, though--it helps to keep the energy levels moving.

Also, don't stop. Keep being active. Slowing down gives your body a chance to think that it might get some sleep, and often makes it harder to get back up and keep working. Develop a steady pace.
