Is there any kind of pain killers that don't thin your blood?!

Question: I have a massive toothache and want to take a painkiller for it. But I just got a new piercing and don't want to take one that can thin my blood and cause it to bleed.

Is there any kinds of pain killers that wont thin my blood?
I know ibuprophen, advil..etc are blood thinners.

Tylenol (or a generic Acetaminophen) wont thin your blood..but will provide pain relief/fever reduction (if you're like me, and develop a low-grade fever when I get tooth-aches.)

Any pain killer that don't contain A.S.A See pharmacist.
Good luck.

Tylenol.

Only painkillers with Aspirin in it can cause the blood to thin.

Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen do not thin the blood. Motrin and Tylenol are both fine.

See your dentist asap to get your tooth treated. The pain is an indication that you can either have a cavity or an infection.
