I've blown my nose so much my head hurts.?!
Question: I've had a clogged nose for about 5 days now, I can't stand it any longer espically when my head hurts now.
Is there anything I can do, and what is something good to buy from the drug store?

Stop blowing, it isn't good for your sinuses or you eustacian tubes. Get a decongestant (you may need to try different ones - not at the same time of course) and take advil.

Zicam...it works good...it is really thick..you squirt it up your nose but it isn't liquidy so it won't drip down your throat or out our nose..
Also..I bought the sudacare tablets for the shower...ohhh..it feels sooo good...
and...Vicks VapoCream...and heating pad..LOL..I get lots of colds and sinus infections.....
Ahh I hate it when that happens! Take some advil for the headache, and to prevent it from happening again rub A LITTLE vicks gel (more will burn like crazy) under your nose and breath it in to clear up your nose. You can also try this new product vicks has... its like a nose spray. I havn't tried it so I can't tell you whether or not it works well.
i hate when that happens just snort a few lines of coke thats always does it for me
not from blowing your nose it's from being conjested, go to the store and get some meds
