Busted lip. Glass door. Bad news.?!

Question: I just want to know if it would be a completely stupid idea to smoke a cigarette a couple days after having a busted lip? Would it do too much damage if I cleaned it right after?
I need a freakin' smoke. =[

Clean it with salt water (not table salt, has to be sea salt). If you don't have that, just wash it with water and rinse your mouth.
