If he's vomiting a lot, more then 3 times an hour for more then 3 hours and cannot keep fluids down, then he'll need to go to the ER and get an IV going. Dehydration leads to more nausea and it becomes a vicious cycle.
take him to doctors better now then wait and see what happens later!!!!

They have medicines that prevent vomiting. Take him to hospital.
Give him some prairie fires (shots with tequila and tabasco sauce) and tell him to be a man and handle it himself.
How long has it been going on? If one day, he probably has a stomach bug. If more than a day or two, or if there is blood in it go to the ER.
These will help far more than anything I could type. Hope these help and he feels better soon.

he may have winter vomiting virus,,,phone doc or hospital to ask what to do,,,this is extremely infectious,or is it contagious,,,either way do not take him into a hospital or doctors or with other people including you until you find out what it really is,,if it is this virus it lasts a week,and just has to run its course keep him hydrated with plenty of water...
Maxolon is excellent for stopping vomit and nausea,
If the vomiting persists be sure to vomit over Gotz V . Then see your GP
