I had a disc fusion still in lots a pain what can i do about it?!

I had one too. Doctor is giving me pain pills. I found out that he wasn't done with my back there were other places that were causing pain from pinched nerves too. I am going into surgery again to get rid of some more pain. They put a cage to replace my lower spine with titanium screws and now they are going to fuse my spine in my neck. I might need some work done on the tail bone too. I think I may end up getting a handle on getting rid of all the pain.
I also had disk fussion (4) , took about seven weeks for pain relief. do not lift any thing until doc. says so or you will regret it.
depends on how long ago the fusion was done, and what you have tried so far to relieve the pain.
there are various forms of medications, physical therapy, pool therapy, occupational therapy, bio feed back, epidurals, tens units, pain patch, massage, neurostimulators, further surgery... and more.
what have you tried?
