Throwing up for 3 hours?!
Question: I can't keep anything down at all. I've tried it all! I can't even lay down without throwing up. I am really tired, but I can't sleep sitting up. Please help! There is still no sign of it letting up.

I had the same problem once. the doctors sad i was the stomach flu. the told me it would take about 3 days to fully heal! I hope you feel better! A good way to calm your stomach is to have crackers with 7 up. It will eze your stomach. Get well soon!
If you want to drink something, Drink one spoon full of 7up every hour, I know it sounds like a small portion, But you cannot drink alot, It will come up. It happened to me. And if you want to eat something, Have 2 crackers, You wont throw up if you do that.
you might have a type of virus dont eat nothing at all if you have a can of coke shake it up for about 3 min get it nice and flat and sip on that that will help settle the belly down. once you get everything out you shouldnt throw up no more.
sipping coke helps, specially flat ones......
