My knuckles are blue..?!
Question: I was just in the shower and I noticed that my knuckles on my hands are blue. On both hands. It's all of the knuckles on both hands. My feet are normal. It doesn't hurt and its not a bruise. I have Vitamin B12 Deficiency Anemia..would that be the cause of it? Does anyone know whats going on?

Generally it indicates poor circulation. Check your capillary refill.
Use a finger tip to press lightly on the skin near your knuckles. If it takes more than 2 seconds for normal color to return to that spot it means that the blood flow had diminished for some reason.
If it takes more than 5 seconds, it indicates you have very poor circulation to that area and you should consult a doctor as soon as you can get an appointment.

i think that is just that your vitamins are a high dosage well not really high dosage but it is too much that you are taking
