I have thrown -up and had the runs at the same time.. Had to decided which end to put in the toilet.
Sounds truly painful.

lol how funny oooh i don't know about those three as such but coughed and farted hell yeah and the best part is you can normally get away with it because the sound of the cough over rides the fart lol hehehe
