How many percocet 512 pills can you take at one time without overdosing?!

Question: it depends on what type of Percocet you're taking. There are a few different varieties of it, all with varying amounts of narcotics and tylenol, but generally the maximum doseage is one to two tabs every 6 hours ONLY if you feel you need it. If you don't need it don't take it.

And, if you find yourself having to take more than what is prescribed talk to your doctor. There might be something wrong, or you might need to be started on something else.

***It's probably with 5 mg of oxycodone and 325 mg of acetaminophen. And, assuming you're a young, healthy adult you don't want to take more than 4 grams of acetaminophen a day (because of possible liver damage) you wouldn't want to take more than 1 or 2 pills every 4 to 6 hours (and only if you're having pain)

i agree with the other posts that you should call your dr if you feel like you need more pain relief that you have prescribed, but i would like to add that percocet will make you extremely constipated, so truly do not take any more than you have to. if you are taking the prescribed dose and still hurting, call your dr and ask for something stronger.
