Could this be arthritis??!

Question: Ok i broke some bones both my wrists twice my arms my ankle my finger lol anyways like when the weather changes or something a bone i broke hurts like right now my left wrist is killing me and its supposed to snow and sleet and crap tomorrow is this arthritis? im only 14 lol

i was diagnosed with it at the age of 15, and I'm 22 now. when it rains i hurt so bad. and any where that you get bruised to the bone? that's where the arthritis will go (fact)
