What is your age? Have you done any heavy lifting or exercising? Excessive masturbation will also cause this. The lower right side of your groin area could be appendix and your vas defrens could be irritated by excessive bowel movement but I believe that the answer is what I stated.
The groin pain could be a hernia especially if you feel a protuberance with straining. The left testicle pain is something else. You need a scrotal ultrasound to determine exactly what is going on in there.
