I feel like I am wrapped around a tree, with a vice squeezing me.?!

Question: What would cause my back to hurt? I wake up in the morning and I can't move, it feels like I am stuck in a vice, major pressure, once I move around for about a half hour and take one of my pills I am still pretty soar but the vice lets up but doesn't go a way can anyone help. I have seen doctor after doctor, from pain managment to spine to ortho and still nothing.

It sounds to me like your not sleeping on a very good mattress, if that's the case and you can't afford another then you get a half of sheet of plywood, put it between your mattress & box spring and it will firm up your mattress.

Then when you get up in the morning you will need to some stretches to help loosing up those muscles that are tensing up, also do the same at night before you go to sleep.

I have researched a couple of sites for ya on the exercises that should help, I hope, if not maybe I can figure something else out for ya.

Good luck!

I will work on some stretches also Report It

try putting a board under your mattress, your bet may be too soft. i started getting back pain and could hardly walk, i went too see a chiropractor and within three days it was better. they click your back and it relives the pressure on your spin, i would recommend it, i go once a year now just in case.

Have they checked your renal function??? Unfortunately, after going to doctor after doctor for one thing, I almost lost a kidney. They gave me meds for one thing after another and never even acknowledged what they were doing to the rest of my body. If it's that bad, go to hospital. You very well could have a kidney stone, blockage or even renal failure from meds.

Try Yoga... You can take classes or get a DVD. I used to have a stiff back after my second pregnancy but since I started taking Yoga, I don't have any problems.

The Yoga studio that I go to even has a Yoga for Healthy Backs class.

OH! You poor soul. Don't you realize yet that the only answer to your problems is Christ and Christ alone. I usually quote scriptures because I personally know the power of the Holy Bible under the anointing of the Holy Spirit to transform and change lives.

This physical condition of yours is not your problem. Yes it is annoying and you would like it to go away, but the fact is it is not your problem.

I looked over every one of your answers and questions in an effort to see through them what you are going through. Only one of your questions and none of the answers had anything to do with the only one that can help you.

How long are you going to fight against the one who can help you. When are you going to throw the towel in, fall on your knees and cry out to the only one that can help you.

You will not find the help you need from any doctor on this earth, for you need the help of; the GREAT PHYSICIAN.

Your need goes far beyond this physical pain it is deep within your heart and it is the separation of you from the God who loves you in spite of yourself.

The Lord says to you, when you seek me with all your heart you will find me.
