Dizzy after a shower, and it wasn't a warm shower?!

Question: I was in a hurry to take a shower that I got in while it was still cold.. Wasn't really like ice water cold... little less warm than luke warm.
But anyways, when I got out I felt dizzy, so I just wrapped a towel around me and laid down on my bed. After about a couple of minutes of zoning out I felt sick to my stomach, about to throw up, and was still dizzy.

What caused this? (I was fine the whole day.. I don't understand.)

To much stuff going on. If you try to do something fast or something stressful on your body. as in trying to hurry and run to a store, or wake up to fast and run down stares. Sometimes your blood pressure will increase and cause you to get dizzy and light headed.

Which is why sometimes people get up to fast and they black out for a sec. next time just take things easy. There is nothing wrong with you. just need to take a deep breath, and a minute to relax. You did the right thing by laying on your bed to relax.

Take it easy :P

Sounds like a blood pressure issue to me.

i have almost the same problem, but almost all of the time. i have stress, high blood pressure, and irregular heartbeat. i don't know if any of these things cause the problem, but i haven't gone to a doctor to find out. maybe you should see a doctor, don't be like me preferring to be ignorant. hope everything is o.k.
