How can I be more inspired to bath more often?!

Question: I know this is a crazy question. But about a year ago, my company set me up to work at home. I stay at home all day in front of the computer and then I take classes online in the evenings. Since then, my personal hygiene habits have really diminished. I don't bother to take a shower for several days sometimes and wash my hair...forget it....it must really be an occasion if I wash my hair. This is sick, but I just realized that I have not showered since Thursday night and it is monday night and I can't remember the last time I washed my nasty hair. You have to realize that I was never like this when I went to work everyday. In fact, I was kind of high maintenance when it came to hygiene. What has happened to me? What can inspire me to bath more often and can I get any dieases from going so long without bathing

You need to think about staphylococcus bacteria commonly present on the skin and mucus membrane...especially in the nose and mouth. Not bathing for extended periods of time can cause boils and carbuncles and abscesses, which could lead into pneumonia and sepsis which is a blood infection, and very difficult to to treat. I am in the nursing field and have seen many cases like this. When stay at home moms and workers and students don't have reason to leave the house they become less likely to bathe and take care of their personal hygiene. If you ever get a carbuncle or large boil from this it is very painful and takes along time to get rid of it. This is also contagious to others and can spread to many part of the body.

try talking to a doctor, huney. good luck

Lift up your left arm
Turn your face to the left
Breathe through your nose
If that doesnt work
Nothing will

yeah you can get many things by not keeping up with your physical hygiene . what you are going through is also a sign of de[ression . u may not feel depressed but it is a problem . you should try and set up dates to hang out with people friends whatever, go shopping ,or just stop being lazy. your morale and confidence would boost if you felt good about yourself and you obviously don't if you are asking how to help yourself get motivation to bathe. stop bein a stinkybooty and take control of your life . whats the point in going to school on-line nobody wants to hire a stinkybooty.lol

You have to treat working at home like working in a office. So you get into a routine. You get up, get a shower, eat breakfast and then go to work. It is all about routine. What would happen if one of your Bosses arrived unannounced and saw the 'state' of you? Bye bye job! Good Luck

take a sample of your body oder right now then go take a shower then smell your body oder before you took your shower that should inspire you to take a shower more often

OMG

You smell really bad. I am in Scotland and since Saturday I've been thinking what is that nasty nasty smell??? I have cleaned bins and cupboards and now have found it was you all along. There is that motivation enough for you? Get off your butt and shower.

Buy some baby wipes and use them when you are sitting around. Less bathing is good for the hair. Just make sure to keep those privates clean, otherwise you'll never get married.

well i take a shower ever day i don't aways like too but when i go out where people will see me i like to look cute and pretty! well even when I'm at home i try to look nice but not as nice when i go out! taking is not because you feel like it! its because you should and you want to be clean! and theres only 1 thing you can say to your self to i want to take a shower everyday and be cute and pretty and smell great! or do i want to smell all day and not take showers and be unpretty and have my hair loook super bad! its only up to u!!

Know what? There's nothing wrong with not bathing or washing your hair for a few days. You won't get infections, you won't get cooties, you won't get diseases related to being dirty. lol You may not smell fresh, but there is no medical reason you need to bathe frequently if you're just staying home by yourself and not being exposed to germs. In fact, in the wintertime it's better to bathe less often because it's so drying to the skin.

The thing that concerns me is that you aren't getting up and exercising. If you're sitting at home, you're not getting up and out, not moving your body enough, and not staying in shape. That isn't good for your muscles or your circulation. In fact, it's not good for your bones either...you need activity to keep them strong.

It would be good for you to either join a gym or go to some exercise classes a couple times a week, or at least to out and walk a couple times a week, if that means going to a mall or an outdoor track or park. That way you will get out and have a reason to shower, and you'll be taking better care of your body.

well if told you you stink would shower? cause im pretty sure you stink
