Answers: I feel weeeeiiiiiird...gimme strength

I've never smoked still too young only 14,can smoke in two years time though as it the law has said that you are officially allowed to buy fags at the age of 16 and over but i never will smoke though cause the amount of people dying and suffering form heart disease and lung infections is horrendously enormous.

Not today..but one month ago yesterday. I think I am over the worst now so hang in there hunny.....it WILL get easier.

no was any one meant to? i knwo Lent begins on Wednesdya cos it pancake day tomorrow

no but good for you!!!
remember the hero is only braver a little while longer than the coward.
if you feel like going back keep out for another minute... then another... then another...
:]

Not today, but about 2 years ago. I remember the way it feels though. You just have to occupy yourself with something else. Something that requires your hands (I starting messing around with Legos, etc.) But the most important thing is that you quit! The hardest part is OVER. Keep it up and CONGRATULATIONS! You won't be sorry. =)

It's rare that anybody ever quits. I'm not a smoker and i know so many people who said they tried before and they still smoke today. I know it's supposed to be harder than it sounds, but there's more bad than good that you'll get outta smoking and that should be more than enough to motivate you to quit. Also it's seems like everybody smokes...like 2 more people start for every person that quits. It's so sad...but you can't feel bad for anybody that starts today especially after hearing how bad it is. If you do...you probably smoke too.

Me! I actually Quit last night and found myself awake all night.
The only way to get some kip was to have a smoke which I had about an hour ago. It's difficult and I've been smoking far too many per day and for too many years, so I needed one to stop my dizziness, it is weird.
Still, I think I will have a second one before going to sleep, then absolutely none tomorrow. I don't care if I scream, go up the wall, shake, panic, palpitate or anything, just none at all tomorrow.
I think it was too much of a shock to my system today!

wish i would have more will power today to stop smoking

After 50yrs. at 40 per day I stopped 3yrs. ago and found it easy. Guess I was lucky.
