take a table spoon of penut butter and swallow as much as you can without hurting yourself at once!
it will coat your throat!

if it fails try holdng breath for 30 sec and dont think about the hiccups imagine you are some place you want to be i know it sounds corney but it really works for me and for a few other friends.

and if that fails then do a headstand for 15 sec while holding breath!

and if all that fails then repeat each exercise with a gulp or 2 of water after each one but be careful don't make your self sick.

hiccups are not easy to get rid of most of the time and yes they drive me insane especially when its so bad that it hurts your ribs!

Peanut butter from a spoon very slowly. Nothing to drink in between.

Have someone get You a bottle of Bitters from a liquor store. Take a spoon full of the Bitters. Tastes really bad,but it works. I know,because I use this method at the bar I work at... Good Luck........

The best way is to drink water slowly until you are almost out of breath. This causes your diaphram to go back into position and stop the hiccups.

I once knew a boy, that had the hiccups for a ENTIRE hour, he consequently but a 12 gauge shotgun in his mouth. Never saw him again

the best solotion that akways works is put your hands in your ears like your trying to bloack off the sound and while your doing it swallow 3 times and let go I SWEAR it works

get a glass of water or any drink u like. sip it into ur mouth n tilt ur head back n swallow keeping ur head back. Repeat that a few more times. 3 times at least. I think what this does is it keeps air from being swallowed. I guess air is what makes u hiccup. I do know that this works for me every single time I've ever had the hiccups.

OK, This amazingly works, without the out-of-breath side effects.

Make two fists, then point towards your forehead with your thumbs as if you were to down two beers. Press at the center of your head with a force just under hurting. Make sure your elbows are slightly pointed out. Try keeping the pressure constant for only 15 seconds.

I'm not exactly sure, but I think it creates pressure around your lungs that help stop the hiccups.

Take a glass of water, and put a napkin over it.
Now drink the water through the napkin
Sounds werid, but it works!!!
