I'd say if you haven't bled to death yet, tape it shut and go to the doctors and get it stitched.
Use a cloth if you can, even your shirt, but your other fingers if you have nothing else, and apply pressure directly to the wound until the bleeding stops.
Then wash it and disinfect with hydrogen peroxide or other antiseptic and put a band aid on it.
If it's just a little cut, go straight to washing.
If it's a really bad cut, and won't stop bleeding, or you feel faint, call 911 or ask a friend to.
You might need stitches and a tetanus shot!
clean the wound, apply a dressing and seek medical attention for tetnus shot and or stitches.
