have you been tested for mono? these sound like the symptoms. it also sounds like Lupus. it also sounds like simple depression. winter causes that for many many people. humans are wired like all other animals and we are meant to hibernate in the winter like all the other creatures. try exercise. exercise will increase your happy chemicals and hormones. i have to do some small exercises every morning (push ups, leg lifts, crunches) for at least ten minutes each morning or i am depressed and dragging all day. spring has sprung a little where i live and the winter blues are gone like they were never here!! hopefully spring will spring for you too and you will get out of this slump. best of luck to you and look forward to warm air and walking outdoors soon.

soudns like general depression. can be caused by any number of reasons. its a real medical condition so see a doctor. try a therapist first, they are usually more personable than a GP

take up dancing especially salsa or working out it does wonders to your mood

get yourself on a healthy diet plan (veggies, fruits, grains, etc) and start exercising. Your energy will go THROUGH THE ROOF!

See an endocrinologist. Hypothyroidism is often misdiagnosed by regular doctors.

Start going to a gym to wake you up and give you more energy & eat healthy foods with loads of energy.

it my be depression maybe you having somethings that are bothering you and maybe you should talk to some one about it

Start going on runs or walks everyday. :) It'll give you a more happy, energetic feeling. Also, try taking vitamins, and eating healthy.

good luck and god bless

Hope you get feeling better soon :)

sounds like depression get on seraquil it works well..helps you sleep!!

try eating more healthier and exercise

Im the same way. went to the Dr and she ran all sorts of tests and came up with nothing. She even prescribed me vitamins that didnt help. The best thing Ive found is not to get TOO much sleep. 8 or less hours a night or Im even MORE tired. Also, try checking out different foods online that can help. Those little bottles of energy boosts stuff (I cant remember the name, but theyre liquid, no sugar, no carbs and like $4 a bottle) actually DO help. They dont make me hyper or anything, they just make me NOT tired. None of this stuff FIXES it, but it helps. Maybe you should go to another Dr and get a 2nd opinion, you could have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Good luck!

theres lots of causes those are some you can try: you should stop thinking about it more(its posible if you don't think about it you'll feel better).and sometime when you have time chat with some friends, and do some exercise.

exercise exercise exercise

this will get your blood flowing giving you energy as well as burning extra calories.

no more than 8 hours of sleep.

you can call and ask your best friend to stop by and see if it is possible to go for a walk, that helps a lot i think. Try to get healthy foods, open all window coverings to sunlight can come in, try meditation( Breath concentration). Hope all these helps you. Takecare.
