If it's best position, on your left side, with a small pilow between your knees, the rigth one under your head with the perfect support, and if possible with your arms crossed. It's the position that they give us when doing sleep control in the clinic.

Have a good nigth sleep...zzzzzz:)

with out snoring

turn off the tv and talk a warm bath

we got a new memory foam matress topper i ust t have trouble sleeping i sleep really good now

go to sleep when you feel tired and it is at the appropiate time

i usually have some warm milk before i fall asleep. and i bought a sleeping mask the other day at bath and body works, it works great! i fall asleep in no time. nighty night!

All milk products contain Melatonin, the natural sleep hormone, or you can try buying synthetic melatonin, but your body will get used to that if you over use it.

listen to soothing music.
have a long bath wih bubbles.
spray lavender stuff on your pillow

Ooooh, you mean how to get to sleep and stay that way? try Benadryl (or cheaper store brand). Works wonderfully but don't take more than one and do not take it during the day unless you like being comatose.

I find if i read beofre i go to bed it sends me to sleep. I used to listen to the radio with ear phones and i used to asleep within minutes i dont know why it just used to send me to sleerp i would wake up in the morning with the radio still on playing in my ear

Lots of fresh air preferably window wide open .... and yes even in this weather!!! Wouldn't have any other way, and perhaps a small tot of whisky (or two!)... and make sure your pillow is comfy!

sleep as prophet used to sleep:sleep always on the right side with ur head resting on ur right palm left leg on above ur right leg and left hand on ur knees inshallah u will b free from heart diseases as proved by american research recently!
