8 hours of sleep is usually the norm. But your body needs to have a good 8 hour night time sleep. Human biological clock dictates that our bodies need nocturnal sleep. Night time sleep is more restful than an equal amount of day time sleep. Studies show that people who get their sleep during the day because they have to work at night tend to live shorter lives. That's why companies pay premium for off shifts. Get your body acclimated to sleeping during the night and you will see the difference.

Nope your getting a healthy sleep.

8Hours or more of sleep is good.

Care for yourself and I suggest you get off yahoo answers and catch some zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

too much sleep.

your getting the right amount of hours for a good night sleep, but your srewin up your times, your bodies adjusting to your new sleeping times. If you can try to go back to your normal sleep hours, it might be difficult at first but its what your body grew up doing.

That's alot of sleep!!!! I need to get more hours I'm yawing as we speak.

Some would argue that you are getting too much sleep. Depending on the person 8 to 9 1/2 hours is optimal. If you are still feeling tired it may be because you are missing out on natural sunlight. Its best to be awake in the day and asleep at night as your body prefers this (circadian rhythm). A sleep study was once done in a lab with no access to clocks / alarms, and the patients averaged 9 1/2 hours sleep.

nope its good

An average time which you should sleep is around 8 hours to 9 hours, you have had too much leep which can cause a headache, change your daily routine to help you.
