wake up early, and play some ball in the afternoon, your day will be tiring, you'll end up snoozing at night, i always do that co'z i have difficulty in sleeping too

Tylenol Simply Sleep, or try some Valerian Root pills...get a bottle of it in the vitamin and supplement section :)

regular diet and plenty of exersise. You have to earn your sleep.

visit ganoexcelmalaysiaEXCELLIUM is the mycelium of Ganoderma Lucidum which contains a spectrum of ingredients such as vitamins, minerals and enzymes. During the early stage of growth, the mycelium of Ganoderma Lucidum is harvested approximately one month after germination. Gano Excel is the world pioneer in producing and commercializing mycelium (Excellium). Excellium is also known as "The Brain Tonic" as it contains plenty of Organic Germanium which increases the oxygen levels in the blood. Excellium is best taken with Ganoderma for maximum complimentary effect where Ganoderma does provides the healing effects while Excellium supplies the necessary nutrients.

Well, I tery using things like sleep balm. That's all that I do.

try shutting your eyeys

i'm the same as you. i don't sleep well. i haven't been to sleep for 4 days now. it's not that i don't try. usually i get to sleep at about 3:00. i asked a similar question and one of the answers i got was 'drink warm milk before bed.' it didn't work on me but it might work on you. oh... and don't drink coffee before bed. it really doesn't help.

...sleep tight...don't let the bed bugs bite...

Try doing some type of exercise in the afternoon, that way your body will be tired out, and you should be able to go to sleep.

Never be tempted to try sleeping pills! The most recent work suggests they allow you to fall asleep 11, yes eleven, minutes sooner, and sleep on average 12, yes 12 minutes longer!

Avoid reading, TV and exercise before retiring, as these are all brain stimulants. Take a warm, caffeine free drink and either put lavender oil on your pillow, or add it to a warm bath, before going to bed.
