What time should I sleep?!


Question: I have to wake up at 6:30 in the morning to go to school and I'm always tired. I can never wake up relaxed, I can only stay awake until later in the day. Sometimes, I almost fall asleep in class. Any suggestions or facts I should know?

SAME HERE.
but last month i started being in my bed BY TEN. and falling asleep around 10:30. thats 8 hours which is better than average. get the full 9 hours by being asleep by 9:30. you will be SO MUCH MORE relaxed and awake when 6:30 rolls along. =]

Whenever 12 in the morning comes, drink a Monster, Red Bull, ect. Always works for me!

Go to bed at 9. Maximum 10. Stay active throughout the day. Active people mostly dont have issues with waking up in the morning tired.

the same thing happens to me. wheter i sleep at 9 or 12. but i would suggest you to around 9 and 10 o clock. so that you get more sleep.

You should be eating a "good" diet and taking vitamins. Get at least 8 hour sleep at night. Drink lots of water. If it keeps up you should see a doctor, a lot of medical conditions can make you tired, including stress. I hope this helps:)

Do your teachers drink coffee in class? Ask them to make you one too.
