Crutches or not?!
Question: ok , so 2day i fell & hit my knee really hard on the cement & i can barely walk. Could i use crutches? or do i need 2 go 2 my doctor first & ask him if i need crutches. also, do i have 2 put anything on m knee like a bandage or somthing, or do i just use the crutches without anything on my knee. thnxs :)

You should probably have your knee checked out by the doctor just in case you seriously injured it. I would suggest that you RICE it like you would a sprain (Rest, Ice, umm... compress?, and Elevate) I can't really remember what the C is for :o). You can certainly get crutches, though. It would help you rest it and keep you from injuring it further. You should be able to get crutches at your drugstore (you don't need a prescription or anything) and some will even rent them. Call before you go to get them, though, to make sure they are in stock and to find out the cost.

You can use crutches if you cant walk other way.
But you should go to doctor and get it checked.
Put ice on it to prevent swelling and bruising.
aww sorry to know that your knee hurts oh my ok i think you should just lay down and let it heal and rub it and but vaseline and rub it and put as much vaseline as you want
