Always feel tired?!

Question: Ok. I have to get up really early (well it's early for me). I get up every morning at 5:30 am
I always go to bed around 9:30 pm because before then, I simply can't fall asleep...
I never fall asleep until at least 10 pm, no matter what.... but I have a lot of trouble getting up in the mornings and during the day i feel really sluggish and tired all the time!! And today I yawned a lot too...

How can I get more energy ??? I did a small workout today too... it actually doens't help me that much.

any suggestions as to what's wrong with me and how can i fix it????

Thanks!!!!!

i felt that too. i got blood work done(basic blood test cbc). and i found out i was low on iron. i started taking iron vitamins or pills and boy did that help! try it. get a cbc. i feel soooo much better. ps can you be depressed becuase that can make yuou really sleeeepy!

Vitamins

how old are you? there are so many factors, do you exercise? maybe get thyroid tests if vitamins & exercise dont help.

its hard to say you could be anemic. (low iron) but that makes you tired all the time and usually you're cold too.. or it could be just that you're not a morning person.. have tried coffee? ( personally icant stand the stuff) taking a shower in the morning sometimes helps make it a cooler one will help wake you up more than a hot shower

I'm the same way. I get up at 6 AM and go to bed at 10:30PM. Between 7:00 AM and Bed, I'm a constant ball of energy.
The BEST way to feel more energized in the morning is to place your alarm clock on the OPPOSITE side of your room from yourbed, so that you have to get up and walk to turn it off.
DO NOT USE ALARM CLOCK PILLOWS.
Eat RIGHT away and you should be good.
Continue working out. I'm a runner, and I think that helps me a lot.
As for what's wrong with you: I think you're just normal, like everyone else. It's totally normal to be tired.
I hope I helped you!
Good luck to you!!!
PS: 2 WORDS: ENERGY DRINKS!!!
