Is Tums good to take regularly?!

Question: I have Tums at home and it says it provides "calcium" wich is good but should i take it every day?

Is Tums only useful for heartburn?

They're fine...they aren't only for heartburn because they are calcium supplements... if you are looking specificially to add more calcium into your diet, you'd be better off buying specifically "calcium" pills instead of taking Tums because Tums have very little calcium compared to other calcium supplements.

It won't hurt you but if you need extra calcium, why not buy supplements or increase the amount of calcium in your diet?
