WHATS WRONG WITH ME OR IS IT THE HOUSE???

I am not a brain when it comes to these kinds of things but they have happened to me as well. I remember when I moved into a different room of my house that had always scared me when I was little. My sister didn't want to stay in that room because of the memories that it held for her, they weren't so good. I moved up there for the sake of her. It is so quiet and dark up there at night and the upstairs is not just a room, it is also the attics. I was so scared to be up there but I had to get use to it. My first night up there I couldn't sleep at all, I was so scared I would close my eyes and then I would hear voices screaming. It was so horrible. For a long time I wasn't able to sleep without the TV on. Then finally when I got comfortable enough then it was all good. You should try to sleep with the TV on, either on mute or just turned down really low. Put on something you know that makes you feel safe and happy. I hope that everything is OK and let us all know how it goes.

New setting, normal to feel weird. Take a benadryl, it always helps me sleep.

Is there something in the house such as mold that can make you sick and may cause sleeping problemes. I would check in to the problemes that mold can cause . Go on line and check the affects of mold. Mostly black mold

I don't know!! I moved into a new (to me) house and I felt at home from the first night. I still have nightmares or bad dreams, but I know it's not the house....don't ask me how I know, but it's not. I'm not sure what to tell you......I wish I did.......I'd love to stop my nightmares.....
