Its been 7 days since my last dose of 20mgs of methadone..stopped cold turkey...!

Question: i never dreamed i would feel so uncomfortable..i dont even want my fionca to touch me..only symptoms are itching and irritable and cant sleep good..cold sweats are just about done!! HOW MUCH LONGER?????????

excercise, i know you feel like sh!t but the faster you get the toxins out the better you'll feel, drink a lot of water and do relaxing things ie hot showers and long baths
