I found that the pill called Ziban works, but my insurance covered it for only 3 months, then I had to pay, its very expensive, But Wellbutrin is covered by insurance, if you have any and it has the same effects, I still feel like lighting up and if I do it makes me gag and feel awful. Quiting cigarettes is one of the hardest thing to do. I take Wellbutrin and it helps, ask your doctor, We tried the patch but its so easy to just rip it off when the nicotine urge strikes, the pill is best.
