Abnormal fatigue, what happened?!

Question: during my game today i got much more tired than usual. i am one of the best conditioned kids on the basketball team but we haven't had any tough running practices in a while(idk if that might be why). today in my game, i played more than i usually do. about 3/4 of the time i was fine but the last like 1/4 of the time i felt soooo tired and i had a like pounding headache. why did i feel like this. some other factors... yesterday i had 4 cavitys and nova cain, my eating got messed up b/c of it. i didn't eat anything from 4:30 pm yesterday till 6:45 today i had 1.5 waffles. then i had a power bar at about 11 and mozarella sticks and potatoe puffs at 1230. i didn't really drink to much during the day. also, i haven't been getting too much sleep lately but last night i got like 7 hours. also, when i came out and sat on the bench, i was sweating on my face a lot and my face felt hot and like pounding. so why was i tired?

Sounds like a case of dehydration which would cause all of the symptoms that you've described. Up your fluid intake, drink something with electrolytes such as Gatorade.
