Leg Pains?!

Question: I recently played in 3 soccer games [on sunday] and I don't really know but I think I fell or something and might have pulled a muscle or bruised a bone or something. I don't really know though. Here are the details: If I'm sitting with my feet flat on the floor and tip the inside of my right leg upward, it's really painful. It hurts about the middle of my shin, on the inside. sometimes when I do this, I can hear a crack. It's throbbing. I can't identify if it's the muscle or the bone. It looks a little swollen though. What should I do? Put ice on it? or what? Should I go to the hospital? My parents won't beleive me if I tell them whats going on so a link would help tons. Thanks in advance.

It probably a fracture or broken bone. Or a shin splint.

You can read about it online.

If I am understanding the area of pain correctly it could be shin splints. You can read about them at the link below. Ice is always a good idea but being 72+ hours you could try heat as well. Ibuprofen may help with pain and inflammation.....

*Sounds like possibly just a strain in the lower part of your calf or possibly a tendon strain. Treat pretty much the same way.

I just hope ?xocshseawksssxo? that you maintain your respectability, by wearing pants, rather than a skirt while you are flexing your legs to inflict this pain.
