Can i take benadryl and simply sleep at the same time?!


Question: i'm just wondering because i just took benadryl but i also want to take simply sleep cause i have a cold and ill have trouble sleeping. but i dont want to take both if there are gonna be serious side effects.

Some of Benadryl's ingredients have some of the same affect on you as the simply sleep in that you will get drowsey. Since you are uncertain it is NEVER a good idea to mix any medications. Call a 24 hour Pharmacy, they can direct you.
No not together. Take the largest safe dose of the benadryl according to the package and you should sleep fine
Benadryl should help you sleep too. It is the added component of Tylenol PM & Advil PM. Don't take together without asking Dr. or Pharmacist.
