How do you make an hyperextended ankle heel fastier?!

This is a very weird suggestion, but it certainly works. My hockey teacher told me to do it when i injured my ankle (2 days for london youth games)... Get two buckets, one with hot and one with cold water. keep your foot(ankle) in each bucket for 5 mins then keep swapping around for 20 mins. Do this every 6 hours and you will spot the difference, if none of this helps consider seeing your doctor...

every 30 min. switch between a warm soak and and ice soak. also use epson salt during the warm soak. stretch and rest. I've had many an ankle injury. I know . sorry for ya. get better.

You need to go and see a podiatrist ASAP! A podiatrist is a foot doctor in case you didn't know that. Ankle problems are nothing to be taken lightly. I have worked for a podiatrist for several years and I have seen a lot of ankle injuries. Good luck and I hope you feel better!
