How do I stop feeling dizzy all the time?!

Drink more water, meditate to reduce stress, take your vitamins because you may be low in certain ones, and get an air cleaner / purifier for your house and breath in more clean air.

Eat more high-iron and protein foods like eggs.

take slow-release iron pills and make sure your eating and drinking(water) enough

Get your inner ears checked. That can throw off your equilibrium.

make sure you are hydrated. drink more water. and dont skip any meals.

Is there a mold probleme in your school.

You may have an inner ear problem causing your dizziness. You need to see a doctor. A over the counter medicaiton used to treat dizziness (vertigo,) is Meclazine (Antivert.) It is not recommended for children under 12 years old so don't take it if your not of that age. You need to check with your doctor to see what's causing your dizziness before you treat it.

You might have iron defficiency. Eating raisens would help a lot because of all the iron. Cook with an iron skillet. NEVER skip a meal. I hope this helps! If all else fails, ask your doctor.

Try the iron thing mentioned above. If that does not do it then try breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. Slowly...

Drink lots of water.
