I am not getting sleep in night what should I do.?!

try to relax by drinking warm milk and count numbers until u fall asleep.

If you are drinking to much caffeinated drinks that could be the problem. If you are worrying while in bed. Maybe get up earlier in the morning and plan several activities during the day. It may help.

you should try expending a lot of energy first, than take a warm shower, read a book for a long time then try going to sleep

Drinking warm milk is a myth. If it works it only works because you fool your mind into thinking it works. Try relaxing, staying up all night and then going to bed when you want to reset your body clock, or if all else fails taking a couple of tylenol pm.

1. Stick to a schedule. Mum was right when she set a time we always had to go to sleep as kids. Sticking to a schedule allows your body to set its internal rhythm so you can get up at the time you want, consistently, every single day. Also, make sure you try to keep the same schedule on weekends too, otherwise the next morning, you
