Question: I just took my first dose today... and I'm curious what to expect.

What does it mean by unusual dreams as a side effect? Has anyone experienced this?

I took it and quit smoking within 3 weeks! It's gradual...you'll start to smoke less and less everyday and not even realize it.

I didn't have any unusual side effects with it.

My mom tried it, it helped her not smoke, but she quite it because she did not like the dreams she had. They were nightmares I guess. But it worked.
