How common is this?!
Question: A few years ago, for no apparent reason, my retina detached in my left eye. Luckily I was able to get it re-attached, but the hospital told me to watch out for symptoms of it happening again. Has anyone had it happen to them again?
I was told the symptoms to look out for and have had a few of them, but when I went to get checked out there was no problems. How likely is it that it will detach again?

You are definately at higher risk for it to happen again. Any impact injury, like a fall or blunt force trauma to the head could cause it to detach.
