There are several things you need to consider. Your diet, proper hydration (drink some water), vitamin supplementation, exercise and sleep are all important for good health. Try a B complex vitamin. You want a diet high in protein and fiber. Try not to eat too much salt and fried foods~ they make you lethargic. Stay away from too many carbs. Exercising for about 10 mins. after you wake up will keep you energized through out the day!

Try taking multi-vitamins it worked for me.

You might not be getting a good quality of sleep. You might have a sleep problem such as sleep apnea. Have you ever been told you snore loud? Or maybe you are just low on your iron levels and need to take vitamins or eating a better diet. And YES, exercise will help a lot. Even something as simple as walking every day. Plus, you'll notice the more you exercise the more awake you'll feel. Good luck!

May be because of you sleep late, even you wake at 10 the time is shifted, the other reason could be weakness, consult a specialist..

Looking at a computer screen constantly can cause wear on your eyes, and cause headaches. You should keep yourself hydrated at all times by drinking plenty of water and constantly excersizing as staring at a computer screen all day can have its effects on people. You should also try eating at regular intervals and eat food which will keep you energized. Eating plenty of vegetables and fruit can help. Having proper meals can also impact your health.

not enough sleep. get more

Believe it or not there is some truth in eating an apple/day. Eating an apple is supposed to give you the same amount of energy as two cups of coffee. It would be nice to treat yourself during your down time to some exercise. Nothing major. . . . .find something you like to do (dancing, swimming, bike riding, rock climbing, playing basketball, etc. The best kind of exercise program is PLAYING something. Makes it a lot more fun and takes the "drudgery" out of exercise.

I think you need to take some breaks away from the computer and get a cup of coffee or soda etc... I think you schedule is OK , but sitting at a computer for long periods of time also make me sleepy. SO figure out a break schedule and stick with it give it a try for a few days, if there is no improvement see a Dr and get a Thyroid test.
