Yes of course! You can get food posioning from about anything.
I would suggest staying away from the water though if you think it is what is making you sick.
Yes there have illnesses contracted from bottled water.
Natural springs bottled water, and some other brands have been recalled in the past for contamination. You shouldn't drink any if you have doubts about it. Hope you feel better!
