you should be tested for dairy allergies
are you emptyping your bowels regularly(everyday)if not get some prune juice and start taking it ( it tastes yuk, but does the trick)
if you are eating after 7pm this could also be the problem.....no food after supper......
your legs could be aching from growing pains which is quite common for your age. This is a time where you are going to have growth spurts and your muscles have a hard time catchcing up to your bones.
it would be helpful if you do a series of stretches for your legs every day and loosen up your muscles.
At the age of 10...it could be many things. Talk to your mom/dad and have them bring you to the doctor. It could be anything from allergies, to simple growing pains.
It could be because you are sleeping on your sides and because you may be unconfortable.
