I just got disposable contact lenses and I wanted to know....?!

Question: if you can sleep for a couple of hours with them.. not at night, because I remove them. I mean if during the day can I take a short nap without removing them?

Yes, I do it all the time and it's fine. The worst that can happen is that your eyes get a little dry, so don't try and take them out as soon as you wake up cause they might be a bit stuck to your eye! If you got headaches or anything I would stop doing it, but I've never had that prob..
