Migrain or sinus or what? My skin feels funny around my temples?!
Question: like more sensative or something, even when I am not having head aches. I have sinus trouble and also migrains so is this the cause or what? Thanks :)

This is almost exactly the kind of thing i have and i know what your talking about. For me personally the doctors said that its not sinus and its a moderate migraine.
The symptoms for sinus include:
Headaches getting worse as you lay down
Pain when you push your fingers around where your sinuses are.
Come when you are having sinus troubles.
Pain in the forehead or behind the eyes.
Migraine symptoms include:
Being one sided often
pain behind the eyes, or on the side of the head, but can occur anywhere.
Sensitivity to light and sound.
A little bit of nausea. but generally not throwing up.
Things such as Caffene and salt can sometimes bring about migraines.
One of my friends had them and cutting chese out of his diet actually helped.
Also if you are a teenager it is more likely that it might be a migraine.
