Anyway i can stop being addicted to chapstick?!

Question: I ALWAYS have it with me.

Once I forgot my chapstick to school so when i got their i actually took toilet paper, put some water on it and applied it to my lips. I went to the bathroom after and before every period and kept doing that.

Another incident was i called my mom to bring me my chapstick to school. i pretended i needed my homework but my mom handed me some paper and chapstick underneath.

Another incident was we were already on our way to school and i stopped my mom to go back home.

Yeah...im just a little adicted. :( help?

Over the vacation i was in poland and i got some thing wich made me unadicted to chapstick. During the winter i started using it again, and what do you know? im addicted again.

<been addicted since 2nd grade. now in 10th.

If you use Chapstick brand, try a different one for a while. Chapstick brand is pretty notorious for it's addictiveness. Try out Burt's Bees. I had a stick of Avon Moisture Therapy that worked really well because once applied, you didn't feel like you needed more for a while. My advice is to keep trying different types of chapstick until you find one that keeps you feeling moisturized long enough that you don't worry about it. If it's not constantly on your mind, it's easier to get over.

it's probably built up in your bloostream by now man...

but really...ummm....rehab..? it's what all the cool kids are doing...

You can try using hand cream. Weird, I know, but I also had this addiction and now I only apply some moisturising hand cream to my lips like 3-4 times a day and that's it. You can also use eye cream for this, both are very moisturising...just try not to think about the smell :)

go to rehab
