My right arm is numb?!
Question: My right arm is not asleep. But i cant feel the outside of it and on the inside it is hurting. Is this something i should worry a bout? and this has lasted about 15 minutes.

You should see a chiropractor. Sounds like a nerve being pinched.
same thought as your first answer,sounds like a trapped nerve,it will sort its self out but there is no time limit on it,case of if and when
i would keep trying to "work it out" i hope you get to feeling better soon. .
You may have cut off circulation just a bit.
Use your left one more.
