I have tendinitis/tendonitis in my shoulder. What is the best treatment?!

Cortizone shots are the only way that I have found to get any pain relief. They aren't too pleasant at the time, but in the long run, they are worth it.

yes i have in on left side shoulder, elbow ,knee. and cordizone shots are the best and alieve because they have naproxen in them in cause you cant get prescription for it, i'm covered buy ins,not everyone is,so ask doc if not covered if its as bad as mine i go to pain management for shots that last 6 months. good luck hope this helps
